Don't do more than two. 👀 Honestly if I wasn't already so used to 300mg of caffeine a day I would've only needed 1 pill. I took 1 at 9:30pm, another at 2am, and went to sleep. No bowel movement for about 6.5 hours after second dose but you can tell something is being whipped up in the kitchen by the amount of farts and burps. Upon waking up I released HELL into the toilet, and only heaven was left. I feel light like a feather like I could be thrown in the air and caught like a baby.
