I purchased this set after much product searching and review-reading. I am happy with the product, although I don't use as often as I had intended to use. I felt that this particular set of derma rollers was durable and of higher quality, but still not excessively expensive. I feel that my skin does look and feel better after I have used this with my collagen gel. I am happy with my purchase!

As a man this is great if you're bald, and you're trying to get your hair back, it works great. I do 40 passes front to back on the affected areas (Without Hair) and it's been golden. You'll notice immediate results in a week or less in the form of small faint transparent follicles, but allow 6 months and every month afterwards for major results. Seeing your hair return is magical, just be patient.

I’ve used a bunch of microneedling tools at home, and this Angel Kiss 4‑in‑1 kit is very much a “starter” option. The heads use densely packed needles on a metal disk instead of true individual needles, and that really changes how it behaves on the skin. What I actually like- You do get a range of head sizes, which is convenient if you’re just playing with light, cosmetic rolling on bigger areas like cheeks or body. The handle feels fine, the heads click in as they should, and having a case is handy so the roller isn’t just rolling around loose in a drawer. What you need to watch out for- Because the needles sit together on a stamped disk, it can act more like a spiky wheel than a set of clean, separate pins. If you press too hard or forget to lift between passes, it’s pretty easy to scratch or “shear” instead of just making neat little channels. It’s also not great for precision work. Around the nose, nasolabial folds, or close to the lips, it tends to grab more skin than you meant to, which isn’t what you want in delicate areas. This style makes more sense for very shallow, cosmetic use on larger zones; not careful, collagen focused work in specific lines. What you should look for- If you really want to get serious about at home needling, I’d spend a bit more on a tool with real individual needles (usually fewer needles, like 192–200, instead of the “540” type). Those tend to glide better and create cleaner vertical channels when you use them properly. I’d also look for titanium or medical grade stainless steel, clear cleaning instructions, and either a narrower head or a stamp‑style tool for small areas so you can actually be precise. Bottom line- if you already own this, it’s fine for gentle, light rolling on larger areas as long as you use a very light hand and keep it clean. I wouldn’t use it to really “go after” specific wrinkles or sensitive zones. If you’re still shopping and want something more targeted and refined, I’d skip this style and go for a real needle roller or a stamp instead.

This is a really solid kit, especially for beginners. The 0.25mm and 0.3mm titanium needles are the perfect length for safe, home use without being painful. It rolls smoothly and the disinfection case is a huge bonus for keeping everything sanitary. It takes a little consistency to see major results, but my skin definitely feels softer and brighter after using it. Great value for everything you get in the box!

LOVE Derma roller set sooo much!!! The 3 multi-size rollers do-it-all which is so hard to find & for the price, cant be beat!!!! the case is great, especially built in cleaning station with lid!!! Needles are great quality and removable handle right call for cleaning & comfortable convenience!!! However, soooo disappointed about ongoing delivery delay!!! took way too long to get here which creates a missed opportunity as I work to empower women and had a self-care workshop prior to purchasing angel kiss; would have gifted women as part of self-care gifts but had no idea of quality yet because it was sooo late. Hopefully, i can try other or more products for next months event!!!!
