Long time fan of the brand. Decided to get a box of both the beef and turkey. The Turkey sticks just seem to have a little more "snap" to them.

As far as flavor goes, you will know it is turkey. It is good, taste good, and does the job for someone who needs a quick snack but doesn't want the fatty slim jims. The casing is a very firm casing, think more turkey dog than slim jim. The flavor is quite good and the volume for the money maybe the best for a jerky product on amazon.
