Don't overpay for the original buy this juice instead and save your wallet
Long lasting beautiful fragrance for men. Longevity, sillage and the quality of this juice is outstanding. I'd say with the bergamot added at the top along with juniper berries at the mid and oud at the base it's a slightly crisper, fresher and very slight woodier version of the elixer its copying with better longevity and sillage. I get up to 8 hours of projection in warmer weather and it lasts forever on clothing. Sillage, projection and longevity is tempered in cooler and cold weather but its still a very nice date night fragrance in the cooler months. For those who are concerned about the oud added at the base it's a light slighty earthy tone done well. NOT the heavy animalic resinous stank that let's the world know your a mile out. You can pay 175 for 2oz of Y elixer or 28 dollars for 3.2 oz of juice that not only gets you in the stadium it gets you in the game. To me it's a better alternative because your getting a better performing product that's 98% of the original elixer.

Manufacturer box had a defect, bottle was fine. Y EDP with some woods.
I received this today. The product was inside a box, and the fragrance itself had a outer plastic wrap (as it is supposed to). When I was opening the box to get the bottle out the little plastic part of the box fell out. The glue used had failed. While annoying this did not cause any damage to the bottle inside. Production date on mine shows 10/25. I did the usual 10 sprays outside as with all fragrances I buy. This helps to start the final maturing process. In a month or so this fragrance will improve. But for now it smells like Y EDP with a little bit more woods to it. It's not as sweet as Armaf Odyssey Mega, but does have a woody smell in the base. I have not worn it yet. Will probably wait at least a week. Always a good idea with Middle Eastern Fragrances.

Soap, not YSL
Since YSL le Parfum is one of my daily drivers, I was excited to try this one. For a fraction of the price, I was just hoping it would be close…but it’s really not…at all. It’s not a terrible scent, but all I get is high-end soap. My teenage son loves the idea of smelling like he’s fresh out of the shower all day, so I gave it to him. He loves it. Me, not so much.
