This product seems to work quite well. The only complaint I have is what monster designed the packaging and scoop?! The container is too narrow and I struggle to get my average size hand into the container, which is necessary to reach the miniature scoop that is so tiny you HAVE to stick your hand all the way in to the bottom. Other than that, great!

Taking it on a cut as I've studied it's most effective at preventing catabolism in a deficit rather than any anabolic action. GET THE CAPSULES. The powder smells and tastes so bad on its own. It's actually fine when mixed with shakes or electrolytes but horrible on its own and the shape of the container will cause you to get it all over your hands. It's very fine and chalky and WILL get everywhere. Get the capsules instead.

Added this to my daily routine (about 4 scoops a day) and it seems to work well for increasing strength. I had to swap weights around because some of the things I was doing stopped topping out at a low level. I think this and creatine have worked well to help build more muscle. I’ll say, it is bitter so I combine it with allulose and creatine and drink and then later I’ll mix more in with my protein powder to overpower the bitterness Smells like body odor. Seriously. It’s gaggle if you aren’t paying attention and take a big whiff. Hard to get into the container. Took forever to find the tiny 1gr scoop. Powder gets everywhere. But those are minor compared to the perceived benefits. If I could only take a few supplements, not including protein powder as a “supplement”, I would likely never give up my creating nor my HMB.
