HOLY HELL this thing is awesome. If you have a sprained ankle or other injury that needs ice this will apply ice directly to your foot perfectly. I put a sock on and then put this on, and it Velcros to itself very well. It was almost TOO much cooling relief for my plantar fasciitis so I remove it, and then put it back on and repeated this as time went on. Very intense cooling. I have suffered for a couple months so this is reserved for a future injury. It fits well, it is comfortable when on, and the material is fine. Against the skin I recommend the sock; the velcro sticks to the softer side. For the value for money, the amount you pay it is worth having on hand if you have athletic kid who like to take risks. Fantastic product! I suggest a sock be used in between the product and your skin.

This is a very versatile wrap for ankle pain. I ordered it for its ability to be frozen and wrapped around the ankle but this wrap also has a hot application that can be used in the microwave to heat up the gel substance. When using as a cold application, the wrap is extremely comfortable. It is made of very soft material on the outside, which allows the Velcro to adhere firmly. The inside is also also made of some sort of heavier almost vinyl looking material, but it is very soft as well and comfortable against the skin. I have a larger ankle, but this wrap is fully customizable, and it fits my ankle perfectly. The Velcro holds firmly and securely, and if needed, it supplies compression by tightening the Velcro. This product is useful for so many things. It can be used for new injuries as well as chronic pain such as with plantar fasciitis. You can also use this wrap on other smaller body parts, such as higher up on the calf, the wrist or forearm, according to manufacture suggestions. This product really does help with my ankle pain and is so easy to use. Size: I like the customizable size of this brace. I have a larger ankle so I was concerned that it wouldn’t wrap around comfortably for me, but the product is plenty large enough for a range of sizes. Durability: This product is made of what appears to be very durable material but extremely functional. I like the soft touch of the outside of the brace and also the smoother surface inside that you place against the skin. It is very comfortable and soothing to wear.

These are absolute HEAVEN on my plantar fasciitis feet. I have two complaints - first, they're two of the same configuration. There should be one for left and one for right. I can get a fantastic fit on my right foot because all the straps connect on the inner side and it's easy to snug in tight. On the left, the connections are on the outside of the foot and it's so hard to get a snug fit becauseit'sharder to reach. Secondly, there is lots of info on the listing about being cold, but little to nothing about how to use them hot, to the extent that I wasn'tsure if I even could. I had to ask about it. It makes me wonder if it really is safe to use them hot. At the end of thenl day, I elevate my feet on a stack of blankets with a heating pad wrapped around my calves for circulation and these on the soles of my feet for inflammation. I do wish there was gel in the long straps that go around the back fo the heel/Achilles tendon. Overall, these have been very helpful in my recovery.

I broke my ankle in June and these ice packs have been a real life-saver. They’re comfortable to wear (even while walking), stay frozen/cold for a long while, and refreeze quickly. The material is soft on the outside but incredibly durable. Thanks to these ice packs and elevation, I’m healing very well and would recommend these to anyone who has an ankle injury and wants to aid their recovery.

10/10, I’m pregnant and a scrub tech. Being on my feet all the time has caused massive swelling. I highly recommend getting some for pregnancy and for being on your feet all the time! Fit- great, Material- wear a pair of socks otherwise you'll hurt your skin, Strap- secures well, Temperature retention- works amazingly for 20 minutes, which you shouldn't ice any longer for.

The concept is good but it is difficult to get around my foot properly, despite staring at the photos and doing it the way it seems I should. I finally just adapted for what worked without wrestling with it. So not as effective as I had hoped.

I just had ankle surgery. These worked perfect. They are comfortable and don't use up much space. Recommended

Immediately made the difference with my high ankle sprain! Alternating between two packs keeps my ankle iced and cozy. Wish I would’ve bought them sooner. Very easy to use, & fit just right on all the right places. Great product!
