Great book. Eastern Economy Edition is great value compared to hardback edition. Delivered in cellophane wrapper. Fast delivery :-)

Fills in a lot of good information on various protocols but the index is not helpful when looking up topics. The index just gives many pages numbers to look at under a broad topic.

No where did I see that this book was from another country, the contents is perfect but you need to state that it's a foreign book that is not authorized in this country.
