Brilliant! Good value, minimises waste and easy to use.
As a self-proclaimed tea connoisseur, I'm very fussy about my leaves and taking the time to creat a decent brew! I avoid tea bags now, due to the micro-plastics released by the bags into your brew (yes, even the 'plant based & biodegradable' ones use a modified form of plant-based plastic). That said, it can be a real fuss making your morning brew with loose leaves, when your just gagging for that hot and milky nectar! Enter this handy little device, which is effortless to use and to clean, and really acts as a stainless steel tea bag, to contain the leaves of your choosing. PROS: * Comes with a drip tray, so no mess * Dishwasher safe or.easy to hand rinse * Re-use again and again, so waste is minimised * Allows you to use loose leaves, which can be cheaper than tea bags * Has a handy chain and hook, so it doesn't get lost in your brew * Can make your drink as strong or weak as you like, by adding more or less leaves * Made from stainless steel, so no microplastics or aluminium particles being released into your hot tea * BONUS effect: makes you look really posh when others are dunking their Tetley bags CONS: None that I can find! To summarise, if you like your tea and care about your health, you need this little contraption in your life. It's great value, minimises waste and allows you the freedom to mix up your leaves as you choose. Always get organic ones though, if you can!

Simple, sturdy, and perfect for loose leaf tea
The Reinmoson 304 Stainless Steel Tea Strainer is exactly what I needed for my daily loose leaf tea. The stainless steel feels high-quality and durable, and the mesh is fine enough to catch even small tea leaves. It sits securely on mugs without slipping, and cleanup is very easy. I love that it’s simple yet effective, making tea preparation effortless. A great addition for any tea lover looking for a reliable, long-lasting strainer.

Very good, would buy again.
Pricey, but really does the job well. No sediment in the tea cup even when using very fine (crushed) tea leaves and loose chai. Allows good diffusion of flavours. The lid screws on well. Only negative is that the saucer could be a bit bigger. It will probably discolour over time, but with tea that's only to be expected.

Good items but take care when handling them.
I have both the large and small version of this item and they both work well. They can feel a little flimsy when screwing the lid on and off as the body of the strainer will flex if gripped too tightly. As far as the device performance goes I've been very happy with the brews they produce (but I'm the first to admit I'm new to this whole tea thing). The mesh perforations are small enough that I can comfortably brew Rooibos teas without ending up with detritus in the drink which is definitely a step up on brewers I've used in the past. They can retain leaves when cleaning so be sure to really get in there and ensure you've removed everything before popping them on the drying rack. They are a little on the expensive side but given how well they perform I think they're still good value, especially as they come in pairs. A final note - Be sure to check the measurements on the mugs or pots you want to use them in, they were a little bigger than I was expecting.

Works well
This is a well made and attractive little tea leaf holder. It is a perfect size as a teaspoon will fit inside to avoid spillage, and it fits into cups or mugs. Also comes with a little tray to catch drips. Really happy with it.

I've owned a number of tea strainers in my life and these two are by far the best I have ever owned. Typically you get a small strainer with a bunch of large holes. This is a large strainer with microscopic holes. I didn't know what to expect but it works spectacularly well. I bought it because I had lost my last tea strainer and I had purchased some black dragon tea pearls. It worked out perfectly! One Pearl almost perfectly fills a strainer although you could most certainly put two or even three pearls in a strainer. The tea pearls aren't very large but they expand greatly once boiling water hits them. According to the directions for 3 pearls use 80 oounces of water, so you get the idea. But the strainer works perfectly! And I'm extremely pleased with the price as well. They're stainless steel so they won't rust, they're not going to fall apart, they're not going to get stained with tea, and they'llprobably be here past me. They're going to last for many years, plus they're attractive... and the best part is I just gently pull it out of my teacup, tap it a couple of times and it doesn't leave a huge trail of tea across the table. It comes with it's own little holder. I really ever do product reviews so you know this has to be a pretty good product for me to actually take the time to review it! I bought hundreds of products from Amazon and I probably reviewed three or four and all that time.

Very glad I purchased this. I have moved from tea bags due to research showing microplastics in tea bags. This can fit in a mug, or in a large thermo kettle (I use a IDEUS one). Sometimes I fill the jug with hot water and have lose tea in the infuser and have a diluted herbal tea to drink all day long. Very easy to unscrew and clean. It is perfection. Highly recommend.
