One of the few hydration mixes that has more potassium than sodium (2x). It’s also hard to find hydration mixes without artificial sweeteners and artificial colors. That’s where this one is different from the others. The only downside to the raspberry lemonade is that it does taste too sweet. I counter this by adding powdered lemonade or lemon juice. Then I think it tastes great.

I tried many hydration powders and drinks over the years and Dr. Berg Sports Hydration is hands down the best. It has the most magnesium, sodium and potassium than most hydration products. I’m 57 and I play basketball twice a week so it is essential that I get all the hydration I can. Dr. Berg Sports Hydration in my opinion is the BEST value for hydration, workout efficiency and I feel great after I consume it.

It’s seems to work well and the taste is not too sweet.

I usually use a different electrolyte additive in my water but the one I use is packaged in bulk in a big envelope and is not convenient to fly with because TSA does not like the big envelope of powder. I got these individual packs from DR Berg to takw when I fly. I've always found DR Berk and his products to be reliable and these did the job as far as ease of travel and replacing electrolytes. I don't like zero calory sweeteners so this was off putting to me from that standpoint. I would probably buy again because it seems like all of the products packaged this way have some kind of sweetener and this seems like a good value compared to LMNT or Liquid IV. Only 4 stars because of the sweetener. If it weren't for that I'd give them 5.
