Everything needed in one cream
REVIVOL-XR Hemorrhoid Cream, Maximum Strength 5% Lidocaine Numbing, Rapid Pain Relief + Soothing Aloe has lidocaine (full 5%), phenylephrine (0.25%) as well as soothing herbal agents like aloe, witch hazel, petrolatum, glycerin and mineral oil. If I have to have only one cream in my medicine cabinet for this condition, this is the one! And, it's MADE IN THE USA!

Amazing price for 5% lidocaine cream: more than 75% off Preparation H
Similar Preparation H Rapide Relief with Lidocaine is sold at WalMart for $21 and is often much higher elsewhere. This Revivol-XR version delivers the same medication for a fraction of that price: $5. That's more than 75% off. The Walmart Equate generic version is $10. Twice as much as this. Undercutting Equate on price is quite the feat. A nice letter from the CEO accompanied the product, pointing out that the company is family-owned and its products are made in the USA. Unfortunately, that kind of personal touch is rare these days in the era of mega-drug companies. Give this a try. Worthy of my rarely-awarded 5 stars. My rating system: 5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park. A great value! 4 Stars = Excellent product. A solid buy. 3 Stars = It provides some value, but perhaps not as advertised. 2 Stars = A little dubious, so do your research. Read the critical reviews! 1 Star = Avoid this product and look elsewhere.

It did smooth the swelling and pain. It also has Alovera to quickly heal the area.

Simple, with just the ingredients to get the job done
Love this stuff. The higher dose of lidocaine you need with a couple of moisteners/lubricators and skin protectant. That's all I'm looking for, don't need all the extra...bells and whistles? Rapidly puts you in a better frame of mind - all with no staining and no unnecessarily strong scents.

Good product - good price!
I like this product and really like that it contains numbing Lidocaine. I also like the benefits of Aloe and Vitamin E in the product. The price is very fair and the product is effective. Thumbs up.

It really works when applied regularly.
Moisturizes and soothes my hemorrhoids. For me, it speeded healing, shrunk them, and stopped the burning. It’s expensive but I will buy again when I run out.
