I bought this power bank to charge my phone, but instead, it almost burned my entire apartment down. While we were sitting in the living room, the device suddenly caught fire. Thick black smoke and soot started pouring out and rising to the ceiling. If we hadn’t been right there to act immediately, we would have lost our home. What Happened: The Fire: The power bank completely melted into a burned, charred lump and left a huge black burn mark on our wooden table. Putting It Out: We had to act fast. We stopped the fire by putting a metal cooking pot over it to block out the oxygen. The pot is completely ruined and covered in smoke. Saving the Room: I quickly moved our TV away from the flames while my partner pulled back the curtains to stop them from catching fire. We opened all the windows so we could breathe and called the fire department. The firemen came to our apartment and told us that our quick actions were the only reason this didn't turn into a massive house fire. This product is extremely dangerous. Amazon needs to stop selling it before someone gets seriously hurt. DO NOT BUY.

The capacity was sufficient for my iPhone phone, and the charging speed was decent. I appreciated the compact design, which made it easy to carry around. The Problem & Lack of Support 😥 The issues started with the power bank holding less of a charge. Over a few weeks, its capacity seemed to diminish significantly. The final straw came when it stopped charging entirely. The device now has a perplexing and frustrating problem: when plugged in, all the indicator lights blink continuously, suggesting it's taking a charge. When I unplug it, however, it's completely dead and won't power any devices. Plugging it back in immediately shows all lights lit up, as if it's fully charged, which is clearly not the case. This behavior makes it completely useless as a portable power source. Adding to the frustration is the complete lack of product support. Not easy to chase customer support *************** Updates **************** Initially, I had given this product a lower rating because my wireless power bank stopped working. However, after I contacted the company, their customer service was excellent. They quickly scheduled a pickup for the faulty power bank and sent me a brand-new replacement. I'm very impressed with their service and am happy with the new product.
