Welder since 2008 here and these gloves are by FAR the best I ever used in the industries. They "fit" like a gloves (I know, but it is true) and they are confortable and also they protect very well when welding heat buil-up. They are flexible (more than expected) and they are lasting more than enought for the money. Love them!

Have bought many pair of these. Perfect for general shop work and OK for MIG light welding. The fingers are one layer, so very good for general hand protection, but not great in very high heat situations. I wear them all day and will switch to a heavier glove for long welding sessions. They fit my thin hands well, XL size. Great value and I love the protection of my wrist arteries when I an grinding or cutting. Highly recommended.

For context: I am a welding student. These gloves are excellent so far. They fit very well and I'm picky ablut glove fit. Compared to the gloves the school issued to us (very bog standard typical tig gloves) these are thicker, more padded, have a better cuff, and are actually shaped like human hands. I haven't been using them long yet, but they also dont seem to be shrinking up like the others did, either. Other than some dye bleeding off onto my hands, I'm very happy with these. Anyone saying they lack heat resistance has to be using them for the wrong process - they are very clearly labeled as TIG gloves and would be unsuited for stick welding. MIG it could go either way, they'd probably be fine for that, but maybe on the thin side. Dexterity is excellent, I'm even able to easily pick up dropped 1/8" tig wire and tungstens, but 3/32 wire is still a bit of a challenge. 2 Months update: These have held up very well for me, pictured is after two months of use 6 hrs/day, 4 days/wk. They have remained flexible and have not burnt, nor shriveled up on me. In fact, I've been able to stretch them back into shape a few times when they've started to shrink down. They havent developed any holes other than the one I put in them with wire snips by mistake (black tape) and the masking tape is just on there to build the fingers up to make it easier to use a torch nozzel as a TIG finger. Very satisfied with these gloves, I'll be ordering another pair to have on hand for when these do eventually give up the ghost.
