This thing is great - def worth purchasing. I bought this and one of the little zipper packs with 2 gel ice packs. This canister comes with an ice pack bottle and an emergency extra cold bottle that you fill with water. I froze the bottle Thursday into Friday- took it out of the freezer and popped it into the canister and then left it out on counter for 8 hours while at work just to test it out. When I got home from work and opened the canister the ice bottle was still completely frozen. Then I stuck the whole thing in the fridge and two days later- right now- still frozen. Rock solid purchase for anyone in need of an insulin or peptide cooler, or really a canister cooler for whatever your needs. 100% recommend it.

This one is excellent! I had 2 others that were supposed to be amazing and neither worked at all. Then I came across this one. I travel a lot for work and need something that will keep insulin cooled for 8 hours+. It does exactly what’s needed & keeps the insulin cooled as advertised. Cool bonus is the lid that holds the needles for the insulin pens. It dores 25 to 30 easily. I can travel super easy with it. Can keep it in my car or take in my carryon easily without it taking up a ton of space. Highly recommend this product.

Purchased this as a replacement/back-up for ice pack we have for an insulin carrier. This worked well for the carrier it is designed for so it fits perfectly --- I just found it a little pricey. Accurate description; delivery was a little longer than I would have liked so if you think you'll need it, you might want to allow for longer delivery time.

Works well for traveling. I was able to store 2 weeks worth of needles and insulin pens. The black gives it nice "polished traveler look" and fits easily in a backpack, duffle bags. Well worth cost. If I have two suggestions to improve it, 1) it would be possibly stamping it or putting some kind of sticker that it is indeed TSA approved, I'm not a frequent flyer but when I do fly into and out of many different airports (daisy chain) and some TSA agents have no idea what it is and others let it slide right through. 2) maybe do a different shape like a rectangle or square.
