Got a teen toothbrush as it’s the same as an adult one but cheaper and has a pretty pattern on it, how can that not be a win!I didn’t realise that this is actually a smart toothbrush as well, it does most things the other smart ones do but it doesn’t track coverage (if you brushed every area properly) so it monitors how long and how many times you pressed down too hard.The toothbrush came with more than enough battery life for the first brush and two heads, different types.Super simple to set up, brushing my teeth within minutes of opening the box.It does a little “stutter” every 30 seconds so you know when to move on to the next area, but it doesn’t shut off after two minutes so if you feel you’ve missed something you can keep going with no fuss.I like everything about it; I t’s a toothbrush, it works and my teeth look and feel clean! What more would I want?

Bought this as a Christmas present. I’ve been an Oral B user for a long time now. After being told off constantly by my dentist I finally took the plunge and bought one, I no longer have gum disease, my gums don’t bleed and my teeth sparkle. Hopefully my first born will benefit from this gift

I spent a long time looking for my first electric toothbrush, after my new hygienist recommended one to help with my plaque build up. I always thought I could do a better job manually but the lockdown forced me to take better care of myself (because I wasn't sure when I'd get to the dentist again!). Since buying this a few months ago, I haven't looked back - I can't belive it took me so long to make the switch to electric! My teeth definitely look and feel more polished and I have less staining too, I think. And this is definitely not just for teens!Pros- Price. Basically same as the more expensive Smart 4 4000 model- Looks good, I really liked the subtle animal print!- Slim. I'm a small person so I liked the slightly slimmer handle. Another reviewer posted a pic of the teen model beside a 'regular" Oral B toothbrush and that swung it for me!- Has a sensitive setting- Battery life. Reviews had mentioned this could be better but, honestly, I can't complain (but then again, I have nothing to compare to). I get at least 2 weeks out of it, but I do wonder if this is because I mostly use the slower sensitive setting- Not overly complicated. When comparing models, I wasn't looking for a dozen different settings. The 3 (normal, sensitive and whitening) have everything I need- Another thing that swung it for me was the inclusion of the Sensi UltraThin head. If I had bought another model, I would have had to buy this head separately- The quad timer. As mentioned, I've struggled with plaque so I wanted to ensure I was brushing properly. Although I only used the app once, it's pretty cool and can tell you if you've brushed long enough (thanks to Bluetooth). But I don't find you need this as the timer is enough on its ownCons... Honestly, hardly any! A travel case would be handy but I couldn't justify the price of more expensive models that included one (plus, cases can be picked up pretty cheaply). It's also slightly annoying that, if for any reason you need to pause your brushing and switch off the brush, it's difficult to tell what setting is on when you resume. But I don't find it hard to switch between settings when I first start brushing (you simply press the power button once for everyday clean, twice for sensitive and three times for whitening).

Bought to replace my old oral b toothbrush, basically the same but this one has a funky pattern on the front. I am however a bit disappointed with this as I thought it would connect to all features of the app but it doesn’t have the ability to recognise coverage.- Will be keeping it though as it is a good toothbrush. And after reading reviews for the “better” toothbrushes, these extra features just seem gimmicky and not actually that useful. So I will save myself the extra £40 as I don’t think it’s worth it

Ease of use

I really like this toothbrush. I definitely prefer it to my manual toothbrush, and I feel like it cleans by teeth way better. I also used to have bleeding gums, which is not an issue for me anymore since I started using this - I'm guessing that's because it tells you when you brush your teeth with too much pressure. My only complaint is that the battery life isn't great.

Had this a few months for the eldest child. Working very well, useful app although it duplicates the timer of the toothbrush, but helps to keep focused on what needs doing. Battery life is about 2 weeks or more before it needs a charge. Very happy with the quality and time between charging

I bought this to upgrade my old Oral-B electric toothbrush which I had been putting off as my old one still worked but I was charging it every day! I am sooo pleased with this, I’ve had it over a week and I haven’t had to charge it once yet! Incredible. It is also a lot more powerful than my old one so I really am very pleased. I am not a teenager but chose this one because I liked the design and honestly it shouldn’t be marked for just teens it’s perfectly suitable for adults too 👍
