This one is way better than the other one I just recently bought. I would but this one again. And it’s works on me by giving me that extra boost when I take it in the morning.

Used this in some of my morning teas for detoxing and loved it. I usually put poster version but someone had recommended using the liquid version and I won’t go back. Overall just easier and I even enjoy the taste more in liquid version. Definitely felt like this gave me a little bit of an energy boost as well in the morning. Overall, love this and think it’s worth the money!

I'm not sure what the benefit of this is, but I was looking for the health benefit PLUS a way to add heat🔥🌶️🍹 to mocktails. This has zero heat whatsoever. (That may be a benefit for some, but was not what I was looking for.)
