Good resource
A good product however it arrived a little scuffed and damaged on the corners which was a shame as this was for a gift.

Good source of exercise moves
A great resource for anyone serious about exercise and proper form. The explanations are clear, the pictures are detailed and easy to follow, and it really helps you understand which muscles are working during different movements. Itโs a must-have if you want to perform exercises correctly, avoid injury, and learn a bit of anatomy along the way. Very useful for both beginners and more experienced fitness enthusiasts.
