Proper Russell Hobbs design and build
Love this kettle. It was a replacement for an identical one which Iโd had and used for years. I have the toaster so theyโre a great match. It is so easy to use, not noisy like some kettles, takes no time at all to heat and boil enough for a pot of tea. It looks great, is proper Russell Hobbs design and build with a well fitting easily recoverable lid. It looks good on my kitchen worktop and sort of matches the ridges of my Portmeirion Sophie Conran plates.

Overall, itโs pretty much as described in the listing. Of course, itโs not really โanti-scaleโ ๐, but I use filtered water from my Brita jug, so I havenโt had any issues with limescale. Itโs quieter than most kettles Iโve used, which I really like. However, I wouldnโt say it boils especially quickly โ the seller may have exaggerated that part a little! ๐ The kettle is made of plastic, but it looks quite stylish and feels lightweight. No leaks or other issues so far. Overall, Iโm happy with it.

Stylish kettle
I was using it for a while now and the quality is still good. Boils water quickly, making it easier to make a drink. The light shows up blue once you start turning it on, and turns off once the boiling is done. Filter is easy to clean. It looks stylish and fit for a modern kitchen.

Replaced same kettle after 4.5 yrs with older one
Ordered as a replacement for our 4.5yr R&H of this exact model which served us well. Got the same one even though we live in Australia and this is the UK version, everything is practically the same including voltage. Arrived quicker than expected.

Russell Hobbs electric kettle
This is a lovely kettle but it wobbles on the base when itโs boiling surely itโs not meant to do that.
