Fits my Plantronics W740 headset perfectly
Works great and is giving my Plantronics W740 another year of life. I have to replace the batteries about every 12-18 months but the headset has lasted quite a few years and is still better than 90% of the headsets available today!

Works so far
The original batteries in my Plantronics wireless headset were having a difficult time holding a charge. (I've had the headset for six years and could tell that the battery life was slowly diminishing over that time, to the point that I was having to swap batteries every five minutes.) I got the shipment a day earlier than promised. For the last few days, I've used the same battery without having to swap. I hope this seller is still around and continues to have stock when these batteries start to decline.

"up to" means "quite a bit short of"
Battery life is like 5-6 hours. Not that much better than the battery I found in a drawer that lasted 4-5 hours, that this was meant to replace. "Up To" 7 hours but not really. I'm not even talking on the thing the whole day and it barely lasts. 3 hour talk time maybe. Two stars because it was weaker than advertised but at least it didn't explode.

No power switch but still works fine.
It seems to be working but was not an exact match to the original battery. The original OEM battery has a power switch on it that this replacement doesn't have.
