Good stuff
OK, so I've been making wine only for the last year or so. I make five or 6 gallons at a batch. Can't keep the wine long enough to let it age… It goes that fast. So months ago I thought I would try super smooth. The stuff works really, really well. We drink mostly Cabernets, malbecs and Merlot's. I add a half to a full packet of Oak depending on the wine type and all of the glycerin to my five or 6 gallon batches. It makes them drinkable in a very short period of time. Good stuff. Can't make wine without it since I don't have the flexibility of aging the wine like it needs to be!
