Disappointed with result
I had seen this eyeliner on a friend and asked her about it because it looked so good, jet black and smooth looking. She said her mom picks it up for her when she goes to Mexico. Since I wanted to try it right away I ordered it online. My disappointment is that it has to be applied two to three times with waiting for it to dry each time to appear the way I saw it on my friend. I was looking for an eyeliner that glides on ONCE and looks like that.
