When the "non-stick" wore off my other frypan, it was time for an upgrade. These pans are amazing! Absolutely non sticking & so simple to clean. I just squirt some dish soap into the cooled pan, add hot water and swish with a sponge, quick rinse & presto changeo...it's clean and ready for another use. I ran them through the dishwasher before the first use, to get rid of manufacturing chemicals. They'll never see the inside of a dishwasher again. I did a lot of research on non-stick pans and apparently you're not supposed to put them into a dishwasher or use an oil spray like Pam because it hastens the wearing off of the non-stick treatment. I bought an oil mister from Amazon, filled it with olive oil & use that instead of Pam. If you read the ingredients on a can of Pam, you'll see it contains way more than just oil. Besides, misting is more gentle than spraying. The pan will love you for it. The pan is fairly heavy, I was concerned about not being able to throw (saute) the food but after a few attempts, it's quite easy to do. Omelettes are a breeze and cleanup's a snap! I would definitely recommend these pans to anyone looking for reliable non-stick cookware.

Sempre fui muito fã dos produtos da All-Clad. Sei de su excelente qualidade e durabilidade. Infelizmente o custo de importação é muito alto e impeditivo para ter uma coleção na cozinha. Entretanto, tive a sorte de ver a promoção da Amazon e cries a coragem de comprar. Valeu cada centavo gasto. Pena que nnao tem outras promoções com os demais produtos da All Clad. So como exemplo, um ovo sendo frito sem nenhum oleo, desliza na panela

I cook for a living and these give me the same feeling as the stainless all clad I use at work. This is one of the best cookware bargains out there. A tip for non stick is never let them get searing hot with nothing in the pan you will cook the coating as well as your food, heat up on med and turn it up when you put the food in. Use a little oil or fat it won't hurt you and never put in a dishwasher. These have a really even heat distribution just like the stainless range.
