Failed but customer service is above 5 star..
The customer service on this product is 5 star!!! 1 product had 1 port not working, the business owner immediately made it right!! 2nd product no issues

Absolutely SUPERB charger!!! I now own five of these!
As a professional videographer we often go through 15 to 20 of the Sony NP-series batteries in one wedding, I can put all the batteries on charge now and they all fully charge. Some of the other charges for some reason only seem to charge a couple of our big batteries to 3 bars out of four where as these chargers charge it completely. I'm very very happy with our purchase and they work great. We have five of them now so we can literally charge 20 batteries at once, a full days shoot ready to go again for the next day!

NP-F970 Battery Amazing Product.
This Charger Works great, And love that it has a 110 Volt AC chord for it, this charges fast and can charge 4 Batteries at the same time at it's full speed, it's great..

Quality charger
The product is of better quality than I expected. I like having 4 batteries being charged at once instead of the 2 packs.

Works great with native Sony batteries
I tested this charging dock with third party batteries by Artman and two out of the four charging docks wouldn't hold the battery securely. I had to press the battery firmly several times to trigger the indicator light. I then tested with native Sony batteries and had no problem with the connection at all. Takeaway: Be mindful if using with third party batteries.
