Let me clarify my earlier question..since each spray had 40mg and the daily recommended is 400mg does that mean i have to do 10 sperays daily

Does this make your skin itch?

It does not bother me however I know it does make some people itch but not as much as the oil does. The recommendation I got from my chiropractor was to wash the skin 5 minutes after applying IF it was making you itch.

Does this lotion help with back spasms?

I am on my 3rd can of this.  My son and wife sent me the 1st 2!   I ordered the 3rd for it's so wonderful.   My muscles all over the body have been known to spasm here and there!  I recommend trying it and if possible, have someone assist putting some on your back.  It doesn't take a lot and the results are sooo quick!
