These Dysons don’t suck.
If I were to say these are the best sounding cans I have ever owned, I wouldn’t be exaggerating, I’m not one of these self-proclaimed audiophiles but I know what I like and I know how things should sound and these hit the mark perfectly. When people say they hear things in songs they’ve never heard before, they must be referring to these headphones, highs, mids and lows are all present and accounted for, with no bleeding evident and no one area dominating the others. Bass is present but where it belongs, in the background, however if a track calls for it, the cans step up to the mark with ease but not to the point where sound is distorted and mids and highs are dominated. There is a 5 band eq in the app, I tinkered with it, but in the end selected the enhanced pre-set eq with ANC in full mode and that really hits the mark, the base eq with noise cancelling off is very similar, the neutral eq is too flat for me but in all fairness, still sounds well, but just isn’t to my taste. The cushions provide a good degree of passive noise cancelling, transparency mode and full ANC hit the mark with ease and both have a degree of customisation you can select. Battery life even with full ANC engaged is very long lasting, it’s estimated at 55 hours and I well believe it. As for the app, download, set up and connection with my iPhone 17 was seamless, the app is quite simple but very intuitive, connection with my phone is instant, stable and with no drop outs. As others have mentioned there is some Dyson product placement within the app but it’s at the very bottom of the main headphone control page, is not distracting and you do have to scroll down to actually get to it, so it doesn’t detract or distract whatsoever but if you fancy some new cups or outside cup shells, that’s where you’ll find them. The cans themselves look stunning, the build quality is immediately evident and whilst they feel weighty in the hand, on the head it’s a different matter, weight distribution is excellent, with great support from the headband and plush cushions, that fit perfectly but with no uncomfortable clamping force or fatigue. They look big and I was worried about the cyberman effect when wearing them, once on the head however, they look and feel natural, helped by the fact the headband is well contoured and doesn’t leave a large gap between the side of the head and the cans themselves. Controls couldn’t be simpler, on/off button on the left cup, a small joystick on the right, for play/pause, volume up/down, skip or replay a track, it’s very effective and couldn’t be simpler to use, tapping either earcup, switches between ANC and transparency mode. And that is it, no other buttons, swipes, nothing, all very easy, intuitive and most importantly effective. The cans come with a slim protective case, there is however a slightly more larger semi-rigid case which is included should this be your preference. I am very impressed with these, would I have paid full whack for them. Knowing what I about them now, without a shadow of a doubt, so at the price they’re currently on offer for around the £200 mark, they are an absolute steal and in all honesty blow the opposition out of the water. They look completely different from anything out there, so if you’re after new headphones, with top class looks, fit, comfort and sound, that will set you apart from the Bose and Sony sheep, you’ll not go wrong with the Dyson on trac, I highly recommend them.

Great headset for heavy daily use and long product life cycle as a headset
It is as nice as expected. The look of the headset is very classic but also giving s vintage vibe. It goes with any looks and the mic quality is excellent. I was looking for a headset with extra large capacity in battery for my heavy daily use in listening to music and talking on phone. The sound quality is alright, I believe it suits most of the pop music but I would not recommend to compare it with Sony XM4. Sony is more like for a more professional setting but Dyson OnTrac is for everyday use. They are all good just different usage and I love both of them. I feel like Dyson OnTrac is going to last long as the cushions are replaceable, which is one of the main part of the headset that would age and crack, then cause further issues or inconvenience after a few years of usage. I believe with the replaceable cushions design, Dyson OnTrac is going to last longer than a most of the headsets on the market would and I can't wait to get more accessories for the style and the maintenance of the headset.

Quality
Sound quality is excellent as is the associated app that supports functionality. Quality and fit of headphones is great and purchase price £250 at time) offers great value. Only negative is the headphones weight which can be uncomfortable for long term use and is the only reason for 4 not 5 rating.

Beautiful Everything
I'm not an expert, but I've had many premium headphones, I agree with reviews that the sound needing the bass boost setting on the app. These are the best looking, best feeling, best sounding item I've ever owned by a mile, the best thing I ever purchased.

Great all round
Sound quality is great, very comfy set of headphones. They don't feel cheap in any way. Can adjust settings using the app, eg. to blockout all outside noise if you wanted to. Highly recommend!

Quality and piece of modern art
Dyson ontrac chanhes from other JBL or Apple Headsets, it’s super quality and more like an art piece 🫶 The only thing I might change are the bright yellow ear cushions, which can be quite flashy…

WARNING!!! THIS WILL NOT BE COVERED BY DYSON UK WARRANTY
WARNING!!! THIS WILL NOT BE COVERED BY DYSON UK WARRANTY, BECAUSE AMAZON IS NOT THEIR OFFICIAL RETAILER AND THE PRODUCT IS FROM A DIFFERENT MARKET REGION. Battery life quickly deteriorates within 5 month after purchase, tried to contact dyson realized it's not covered by them. App experience is awful, tap control has never been reponsive and always take few tries, the fit is very tight for large head but will loose after some wear, you connot quickly switch between devices(have to disconnect then resync with bluetooth) But it looks nice tho.

Amazing quality
These are amazing as far as quality and sound. They r a bit heavier and bigger than my previous headphones but I was able to run on the treadmill with them for just over an hour with no issues so they are great for lounging or being active

Bellissime cuffie!
Pesanti ma con un'ottima qualità audio equalizzabile e colori modificabili se si acquistano a parte i componenti.

Amazing design and aesthetic
Great product nothing beats the sound quality, and noise cancellation. The only challenge due to sturdy built is the weight hence not great for workouts or run because of the weight

Perfection for a reasonable price for upper end quality sound, fit and design.
So good we bought 2 sets. My son has the original Dyson headphones with the air filter mask in a brilliant purple/dark blue - we may be the only household with that set plus 2 of the current headphones here. We are extraordinarily surprised by the incredible sound quality and diversity in overall design compared to much more expensive headphones. We have an Apple Pro headset, Bose, Sony and several other high end headphones. In overall comparison the Dyson on Trac are superior with the Apple coming in second. Why? For the audiophile in you, I along with my 26 year old super audiophile son have tested all of the somewhat reasonably priced higher end headphones. These will surprise most with the comfort upon placing them on and fitting them as they adjust in the band in a very well built solid aluminum frame that ingeniously holds two batteries that stay charged for well over an entire day. The ear cups are soft yet firm ovals that enclose the ears fully and the noise canceling is very good. I’d compare them in this canceling to the Sony and Apple high end headphones which block out all normal sounds- also, we have a cockatoo and if you’ve ever been exposed to the insanely loud shrieks they can easily wake the dead. When the bird shrieks at his loudest, nothing blocks it completely however these ALMOST keep the scream blocked. I can hear him slightly which is actually good as these avian friends are most excellent warning systems. He alerts us if anyone approaches the house or if animals appear at our glass doors. So, noise blocking is very good- on flights, there is zero outside sound cutting through. A+ for noise cancellation. Comfort is an A as well- I have difficulty with all headphones as my head is small. I could actually use extra padding on these as they are slightly loose but fit my son perfectly. As of yet, only the Sony headphones come as close as the Dysons in fit. These expand and contract easily but I wish there was perhaps an extra piece I could attach to keep them on more firmly when moving about. This is not an issue for most of the population but for me, I’d love a clip on piece to add a bit of snugness. Now finally, sound depth and quality. Plus connectivity. We have Apple TVs and phones. Plus homepods- Apple only allows Apple products to connect if you use more than one headphone set at a time. I can and do use my Dysons to connect with Apple TV and phone but Apple will not allow a second connection at all - we have to use 2 Apple headphones to watch a film together - can’t use a Sony with Apple pro to connect. It must be two (and no more than two) Apple AirPods or Apple headphones - not a Dyson and an Apple. Ridiculous. So if you are in an Apple environment, you may want to use their headphones - I refuse to buy two sets of their headphones but I have AirPods so my son can use the AirPod pro headset- it’s like Apple is punishing us by daring to own a different brand. So that’s a tiny issue and certainly not Dyson’s fault. I prefer the sound of the Dyson’s over all other headphones. Every single part of the stereo sound remains “crisp” the bass is true to how much or how little you personally prefer as it can be modified in the equalizer app - high end is just beautiful and voices remain clear while midranges are exactly what they are designed to be- like describing a very good wine, they are rich and balanced. The look is beautiful. I have the dark blue band with copper covers and dark deep blue foam covers. A stunning color combo. I have a yellow set of ear pads too that add a different look. Lots of combinations are available. The olive green with silver band looks super! These are underpriced for Dyson quality and their attention to detail. I highly recommend them. They charge quickly also and use a c to c cable that is provided with purchase.
