Love this water dispenser. I am an ice junky so this makes getting ice easy. My work had one and I knew I needed one for the house. We do t leave the hot water on but it heats up quickly when you want hot water. I also don’t leave the cold water on because my husband doesn’t like really cold water but if you do like cold water it’s awesome.

Don’t buy! If I can give this a zero I would. Taste is awful, could never get the metal taste out. Broke after only having it for a month. The ice and cold water stopped working. I open the back to is and there was moldy inside. I waited a week to long due to the holiday and now pass my return date.

I thought I would use this for all 3 features, but I really don't. The main features that I use are hot water and sometimes ice. The cold water still has the new appliance taste when cold and I can't get rid of the taste. As for the ice and hot I use them cause they don't have the new taste each time I use them. Other than that it's not loud when it's idling and the install isn't much to do other than to plug in the machine.

It works perfectly for the people with service at the temple.

I recently purchased a countertop ice maker from your company and have a few concerns regarding its operation.The ice maker appears to run almost continuously throughout the day and night, only stopping for a few minutes at a time. I am concerned that this constant cycling will significantly increase my electricity bill. Additionally, I have noticed that the unit does not keep the ice frozen for very long.Does any one have any tips to keep my ICE frozen?

I love it! Since I got this water dispenser, I've been drinking more water! The quality is great, the machine is very heavy and stable on the counter! It has three functions: hot water, cold water, and even ice making. The manufacturer is so clever, I love it! One machine meets the needs of the whole family! 👍👍

It was heavy. After three cleaning cycles and waiting a full 24hours after unboxing before plugging it in. The taste was horrible metal thwn after 2 weeks I come home to it leaking all over my kitchen.

Kind of bought this at a chance, there were no reviews, but it kind of fit my needs for my outdoor shop. I can bring the bottles of water, but I needed hot water. Cold water and ice was gonna be an awesome mixture. I was actually intending to buy an ice machine. The ice isn’t perfectly made as some of the ice machines I’ve had. But it does everything and it does it all really well. If you’re looking for something like this, well there’s nothing else out there that I know of. And it worked and it works great.!

My refrigerator’s cold water dispenser and ice maker was broken. So I always want a countertop ice maker, but it took a big space for only ice maker, so this 3-in-1 multi function water dispenser attracts my attention. I compare this with other brand, it seems this has less price with good reviews. It’s indeed an incredible efficiency machine with quicker hot and cold water generation and large ice storage room inside the machine. It’s arrive without need any installation and easy operation. No much noise when making ice. It fits well in my countertop. Really worth my purchase.

Bought this product and it broke after 3.5 months. Started leaking and unable to get a replacement or refund. Do not recommend due to this.

This water cooler is great, however it is quite loud when cooling or making ice. We actually turned off the cold water because of the fan. The ice machine works great, however if you allow it to build up, chances are the ice will get stuck and then there is no ice. It does take a bit to fill a bag, but it is definitely a great option. Overall, I am happy with my choice to purchase this water cooler.
