I wash by hand and air dry so cannot answer your question. My hair is very wavy not curly and the pillow case works perfectly.

100% Mulberry? Not sure

This pillowcase is soft. Not sure if it's 100% Mulberry silk because it's not quite as soft as my name brand one which cost a lot more. But it serves it's purpose and my hair seems to like it and that's the main thing.
