This Levoit fan is exactly what I was looking for. On the lowest setting it is so quiet – just like they say – I can sleep right through the night with no disturbance at all. Even on the higher speeds the noise is still very low, and it moves plenty of cool air around the room. It was easy to put together, looks neat and modern, and the controls or remote work perfectly. Great price and delivered very quickly too. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants a quiet, reliable fan!

Really effective fan. The model i bought is the R382s. This one is wifi controlable but doesnt have a magnetic holding point for the remote nor does it have vertical oscilating. It does oscilate horizontally...to a degree of your choice. It also has a timer I bought it for its air movement effectiveness and quietness and its not been a disappointment. I'm chuffed to bits with it. On low speeds ( setting one or two ) its almost silent but still gives a light flow of air you can feel from 6ft away ( great for a good nights sleep )...on higher speeds its not silent but much quieter than most fans and doesnt disturb when theres background activity or the TV is on. Ultimately is the quietest and most effectuve fan I've come across at this price point The remote is handy , and ive downloaded the app controller , but who needs yet another app....so i dont bother with it As said previously the power cable attaching high up the stem does look a bit untidy , and spoils what is a good looking fan. With all the oscillating modes and speeds is easy to get just what you want from it. It looks and appears study but time will tell. Im impressed and happy with the value offered.

Came in time and bought with a decent price as now the price have gone way up! I needed something closer to an air con feel, yet I know this wont make your room fully cold, but the breeze from this is powerful and can feel a far. Its quiet and even in the 5th setting, which is maximum, i can still sleep fine and same for my son. I didn't realise this was an older generation unit as the new one has 12 speed settings and can reach a further distance, but maybe if it goes down, I will definitely buy the newer one. This is worth the price and i repeat, its not going to give an air con feeling, but it will definitely make your body cool as some nights, I have to cover my lower body, even in 30+ heat in the room. Only negatives is that i wish it was more than 120 tilt for up and down feature, as if i want it lower, you have to twist off the extended pole. It can get dusty quickly, but depends if your room has a lot of dust i assume and to clean, you have to unscrew each time etc. The base is not fully slotted perfectly, but it didn't bother me as long as the air circulator does its job. Besides that, definitely don't buy normal fans anymore guys and better to invest in a good quality air circulator.

This fan deserves its 5 stars. It's very powerful (if you need to run it at full power), unobtrusively quiet on its lower settings (certainly living up to its billing), easy to assemble and dismantle, and comes with a great little remote control. It even looks good and has a quality feel to it. I particularly like how on night mode the LED switches off, avoiding light pollution. The base is quite heavy, but that makes the fan sturdy. Comes very neatly and compactly boxed too which will be handy for stowing the fan away during the winter. By way of comparison, I had to return a more expensive fan from a well-known brand beginning with 'M' due to a fault and I'm glad I did because this fan is so much better in terms of quality, performance and aesthetics and represents excellent value for money in my opinion. I highly recommend this fan to anyone looking for a mains-operated pedestal fan.

Was hesitant to order at first due to the price but needed a fan for my bedroom as the one I had needed to be on a raised platform and had limited adjustments, just oscillate and tilt. After reading the reviews for the Levoit, thought id risk it and so glad I did. So far I’m loving that I can pivot the fan head upwards which creates a coolness all round the room so doesn’t dry my eyes out like others when I’m sleeping. It is very quiet on the lower settings, just a very very discreet humming if I concentrate to hear it. From setting 3 it’s still quite compared to my other fans and I’d say setting 4 is as loud as them or getting close. Personally I don’t mind the sound of a fan when I sleep, as long as the room is cool. I prefer this one to my Dyson bladeless fan. The Levoit was easy to set up, the base I did have to really press hard to get it to click together. No tools required either for setting up. You can choose to have it floor standing or shorter by omitting one of the pedestal sections. And it’s lightweight so easily portable around the home. The base is very sturdy too. The instruction manual is great, gives details for which angle to point the fan for the different effects it makes when using. This part you do manually not via the remote. The remote is very handy although it doesn’t fit on the fan for storing together, which isn’t an issue for me as I have a place on my bedside unit that I store things like that. I would definitely recommend this fan and already thinking about getting another. It’s small but copes well in my large room. Delivery was much sooner than I was told at first, bonus.

This is a good fan, looks great. A few things, though: 1, Unlike other reports, I can clearly hear it on the 1st setting; it is not silent. That said, it's the quietest fan I've had, and I can sleep with it on. 2, Even on 1st setting, it's 2-3 meters from my bed, and I've a lovely calm, cool, gentle breeze from it, ideal for sleep. 3, I wish the remote (all remotes) were Bluetooth so you don't have to point it. That said, it has a wide range.

We are so pleased with fan. It was easy to assemble and so quiet compared to other fans especially at night. It has a nice lot of fan speeds and during the heatwave it was great. We were so pleased with it that we bought another one for the bedroom. The night time setting is brilliant and really quiet. Yes it was more expensive than some but you get what you pay for. Kamm pünktlich, wie angekündigt an und hat mich überrascht wie extrem leise und effektiv er ist, hatte schon einige Ventilators, doch dieser ist die Mercedes Klasse. Hab ihn in weiß, es hat ein schönes, elegantes Design. Mein letzter Rowenta war doppelt so breit und wirbelte die warme Luft im Zimmer von einer Seite zur anderen. Bei dem Levoit habe ich das Gefühl, das er kalte Luft erzeugt, und hab ihm immer auf niedrigster Stufe. Er dreht sich auch so Anders, Kopf nach oben, dann einmal überm Kopf nach Hinten, auch links und rechts. Schön ist, dass er eine Fernbedienung hat, mit der man den Display ganz ausschalten kann, er leuchtet dann nicht im Dunkeln. Super Kauf, bin sehr zufrieden, empfehle ich gerne und ich selbst würde es immer wieder kaufen.
