Q: Is it the same as "Dentemp Repair-It" ?

It's not exactly the same, but the active ingredients are pretty close. Personally, I have only used Dentemp for family members because it really works well, so never varied from it. This may work just as well, I just can't say since I have not used it.

Q: I have a tooth that broke off my top plate will this work to reattach it?

It depends. I tried it on a molar from my partial, but I didn't get it on right & it was very uncomfortable & I had to have it done professionally. However, I've used it more than once on an eye-tooth. On that one, it's just sort of the front that comes off (the part that actually looks like tooth). The last time it lasted about six weeks. You absolutely have to be able to fit the pieces together correctly to use it. I hope that helps.

It is a 2 part epoxy type compound. The kit comes with all you will need to mix it together.

Q: Can this be used to repair metal dentures? I need to glue the acrylic part back to the metal part.

To be honest anything is worth a shot, considering the price to repair a denture. However i don't have metal ones,
