How many years of warranty does this have?

It’s a cheap holder for your phone what do you want for 12 bucks it may last longer than you!

1. Can the phone stay in vertical position on the arm? 2. Is band slip resistant?

1. Yes. 2. The only issue with the strap coming loose is muscles flexing on certain exercises. The bands that hold the phone to the strap have not come loose on me.

How is the phone disconnected from the armband?

Move the straps to remove the phone.
