What is the actual weight of this oil?

Honda MTF II 7.5 * All viscosities measured in cSt @ 100C/212F. As stated this is equivalent to 10w-30 engine oil or 75w gearbox oil. The viscosity scales are different as you can tell. The 7.5 is a centistokes unit which is expressed thus 1 cSt = 1 mm2·s−1 = 10−6 m2·s−1. Clear as mud unless you are a physicist which I am not. OTOH you must consider additive packages if you are considering using engine or other oil and Honda is a bit of a muddle. Addiitves are important to preserve the sacrificial brass parts of your synchros. Honda I believe is closer to a gl-3 but not exactly. IMHO stick to the Honda fluid if possible.

The oil works well and I did notice better shifting with my synchros after a little bit of it breaking in. I was led to buy this because I have no dealer in my area that sells this stuff for a reasonable price
