Perfecto. Leí una reseña que decía que se pasaba todo el contenido por el colador, pero al hacer yo el yogurt (en la instant pot) no se pasó nada del yogurt hacia abajo. Quedó delicioso, entre más tiempo lo dejes ahí más espeso se va a hacer. Lo hice con leche light y un yogurt Chobani natural, también intenté hacerlo con leche entera pero estaba muy grasoso. Me sirvió para lo que necesitaba, ya no usarás más telas para colarla, aparte de que cabe perfectamente en el refrigerador.

I RARELY leave product reviews (I buy lots on Amazon and just don’t have the time). But this product is really worth leaving a review. I’ve used it once, so I can’t comment on durability or longevity, but the container seems quite sturdy and well made. I am beyond impressed with the quality of my yogurt!!! I make yogurt in my instant pot, and since I have to leave it standing overnight in the fridge, this container is the perfect complementary tool. For 2 quarts yield of yogurt, it strained out 1 quart of liquid whey, and left me with smooth, creamy Greek-style yogurt. It tastes the same, actually better, than store-bought!! The texture is the same, I’m amazed. I highly recommend this product! And I have to disagree with some of the more negative reviews.. it’s possible they didn’t prepare the yogurt properly, and they ended up with a yogurt that was too liquidy. Mine was perfect, it strained the liquid, but the yogurt stayed in the mesh basket. And it was also easy to clean. I didn’t find the yogurt stuck to the mesh.. but I cleaned it right away, I did not let it dry there. Again, I HIGHLY recommend this product! It’s a game changer in the yogurt making world!!!! Thank you :).
