BEST PRENATAL!! GENTLE, SMELLS GOOD, BIG BUT EASY TO SWALLOW GEL PILL
Easy to swallow. It was gel pills and the caps on them does not stink. They are bigger pills but let’s be honest MOST prenatals are gonna be big!! The iron didn’t hurt my stomach as bad as ANY of the other prenatals I tried and the little note in pill bottle about oh what’d it say (it was a thing saying god watched over it or blessed it?) was a lovely touch. Yes they are a little pricey but for everything in them health wise for me and baby, and being able to stomach them because they are gel and do not smell or leave a fishy taste and not getting as sick to them (it’s NOT their fault I get sick I get sick to gentle iron and even iron transfusions I’m severely anemic and this out of THREE other prenatals and one being gummy has been my favorite for all the reasons listed) I 100% recommend if you can afford them. I may check out their other products too when I can afford them after my child is born next week! ❤️❤️

Perfect for mommy to be and everyday health
Love the clean ingredients. They really thought of all the supplements needed for a prenatal. Easy to swallow. The dha does leave behind that fishy Burp sometimes. Be sure to have with a meal so avoid upset stomach and acid reflux. There is a subtly scent. Great value and have on autoship.

Truly believe it has all you could really need in a prenatal vitamin
I really like these prenatal vitamins. This is my first pregnancy and I spent a lot of time researching prenatal vitamins and the reasons I landed on Pink Stork and kept purchasing them were: 1. it has DHA in it (which is a type of Omega-3 fat) 2. They use folate instead of folic acid, which means they are putting in vitamin B9 that comes from natural sources and not a synthesized source (side note, my ob-gyn was very happy when she saw that) 3. It has 100% of the recommended dose of all but 2 of the nutrients you need which means I didn't have to take any/worry about taking extra supplements or worrying that I wasn't getting what I needed. For the 2 vitamins that aren't 100% (calcium and magnesium) I just make sure I eat foods that can provide those vitamins and it hasn't been that difficult (good excuse to get some dark chocolate in *wink wink* ). My doctor has also said so far I don't need any extra supplements. 4. It is vegetarian 5. And I know this really shouldn't be a reason but for me it helped, I am a sucker for women owned company and I love supporting them. Since I have been taking them my observations are they don't have a weird after taste and don't make me feel nauseous or give me heartburn. Even though it doesn't say when or how to take them, I personally take them after breakfast and so far I have had great success with above comment of no nausea or heartburn I find them easy to swallow, they are more on the narrow side then one of those really big thick vitamins. There are 2/serving so I take one at a time and not both at once. But in the end I believe this is a more personal thing because sometimes people just have a hard time swallowing pills or vitamins no matter what the size. It is a little pricer than some more well known brands, a little cheaper if you do a monthly subscription, still I think it is worth it. The way I see it is my baby and I are worth it, especially if it can help prevent something in both of us that could cost more money in the long run, plus when I think about how much I spent on coffee and drinks when I wasn't pregnant I am actually probably saving money lol. I hope this helps someone out there!

Great customer service and Effective Pill
I have been using this since before I got pregnant. I’ve continued to use it as a postnatal (but added choline and selenium to supplement some of the nutrients as well as Magnesium/Calcium for dairy allergy). I love this prenatal. The taste and smell are not the greatest, however, I have not experienced upset stomach while taking this. My milk supply has stayed consistent and we’re still exclusively breastfeeding 10+ months. It’s just two pills a day, easy and it and absolutely works (I noticed postpartum when I didn’t take it, that I felt off. But had a healthy delivery and very emotionally calm postpartum journey. No issues in terms of any nutritional deficiencies during pregnancy or postpartum. The customer service is also great and they are very responsive (same day response) to remedy any issues with the product or packaging. Arguably the easiest customer service resolution I’ve ever had with a product through Amazon and directly with the manufacturer.

Good if you don’t have morning sickness
These are nice, i like them better then the first ones i tried because i only have to take 2 instead of 3 and they are a month supply. They were easy to swallow, until i got morning sickness. I don’t like that they have a smell and taste, makes me want to puke. For the price and quality i think they are worth it.

Comprehensive, Gentle, and Thoughtfully Formulated — Pink Stork Does It Right!
I’ve been taking Pink Stork Total Prenatal + DHA throughout my pregnancy journey and absolutely love it. Here’s why it’s earned a permanent spot in my daily routine: ⸻ ✅ All Essential Nutrients in One Easy-to-Take Capsule This prenatal delivers 100% of 14 OBGYN-recommended vitamins and minerals, including methylated folate (L‑methylfolate), iron, choline, B‑complex, vitamins A, C, D, E, zinc, iodine, plus 200 mg of vegan DHA (from algae) — all in just two capsules a day. ⸻ ✅ Gentle on the Stomach & Convenient These are small, easy-to-swallow veggie capsules that go down smoothly—no nausea, even during the first trimester. They’re gentle enough to take with food and don’t upset my stomach . ⸻ ✅ Thoughtful, Quality Ingredients • Methylfolate: Uses L‑Methylfolate/Quatrefolic — more bioavailable than folic acid and avoids metabolism issues for those with MTHFR mutations. • Vegan DHA: Sustainably sourced from algae to support baby’s brain and eye development. • Choline & Iron: Essential for neural development and healthy blood oxygen levels. • No GMOs, gluten, soy, or dairy; third‑party tested; female‑founded and woman-run company—values I appreciate. ⸻ ✅ Smells & Tastes Pleasant Each bottle includes a heart-shaped “ScentCert” (in berry or mint essence), which makes the capsules smell fresh and pleasant—no dreaded vitamin aftertaste. ⸻ 🚫 Minor Downsides • Requires two pills per day, which is manageable but compared to all-in-one gummies or liquids is a small step up in effort. • It’s a capsule, so not ideal for those who dislike swallowing pills—though the size is small and swallowable. ⸻ 📝 Final Take Pink Stork Total Prenatal + DHA strikes the perfect balance of completeness, quality, and ease. From the thoughtfully sourced methylfolate and vegan DHA to the gentle veggie capsules and fresh scent, it ticks all the boxes for me. I feel confident knowing it covers every nutritional base recommended during pregnancy. Would recommend to any expecting or trying-to-conceive mom! 🌸

This product caused my irregular menstrual cycles, acne, and other symptoms!
I purchased and began taking this product preemptively because my husband and I plan to try to conceive in a few months (My doctor, like many doctors, recommends beginning to take prenatals before you try to conceive). However, taking this product caused me to have irregular menstrual cycles, as well as many other negative symptoms and side effects. I do NOT recommend this product for that reason. If you decide to try this product out before you try to conceive and begin to experience the same symptoms I did, I recommend stopping immediately - your symptoms are likely to get worse, not better, the longer you continue taking it. I've shared my story below in case it's helpful to anyone who may be experiencing similar symptoms and wondering if this product is the cause. As background information, my cycles always have been extremely regular. After I began taking this product, however, my cycles were instantly thrown off and I'm still trying to recover over six weeks later. Here's the timeline of events: Cycle 1 -I received the product and began a half dose (one pill) once a day (I figured a half dose would be fine, and I could up the dose closer to conception/pregnancy). I began taking the product about a week into my cycle. -On day 2 of starting the product, I began to have odd symptoms - feeling hot, jittery, extremely hungry, and generally off; On day 4, I ovulated 2-3 days earlier than I usually do (confirmed by OPK strip); on Day 5, the above symptoms had increased, and I also had an itchy neck (presumably thyroid-related due to location). -I decided to switch to taking one pill every other day, but by that time I already ovulated early (confirmed by OPK strip); my period also came 2-3 days early that cycle as well. I also started to get massive acne breakouts towards the end of my cycle, which is unusual for me. Cycle 2 -I continued to take the product every other day for about a week into my next cycle (still just one pill, so a half dose every other day). My symptoms, while not as bad as they were during the stretch when I took the product for five days straight, were still present and still negatively impacting my quality of life. I decided to discontinue use. -After discontinuing use, I ovulated 8 days later than I normally do (two weeks after discontinuing the product completely). My acne breakouts cleared up over the course of two weeks. My appetite issues and jitteriness went away within a few days of discontinuing the product. -As of now (Day 31 of my cycle when I normally have very regular 28 day cycles), I am still waiting for my period to come, and expect it to be (very) late as well, since I ovulated very late. As you can see, this product had a very negative affect on me, which is especially concerning given that I only took a half dose, and quickly switched to a half dose every other day for the month or so that I took it. Nothing else about my life or lifestyle changed during this period of time, so this product was 100% the cause of my symptoms. To be honest, I don't know for certain why my body reacted this way to this product. However, I have seen other reviewers comment that this caused irregular cycles for them as well, so I know I'm not the only one this happened to. I do have one theory, however, because I've taken all the vitamins contained in this product before with no issues except one: Iodine. I have not taken supplemental iodine prior to taking this product, so I have to assume that's the source of the issue. The fact that I had an itchy neck (since the thyroid is affected by iodine intake) further supports this theory, as does the fact that reproductive hormones are impacted by changes to thyroid hormones. I am not an expert in this area, but it appears there is a high dose of iodine in this product (290mcg); this meets or exceeds the RDA of iodine for pregnant women (220-250mcg) and lactating women (250mcg-290mcg), and given that we already get some iodine from food, would likely put anyone consuming it above the RDA. (All figures from the American Thyroid Association). I only ever took a half dose, which would be 145mcg; the RDA for non-pregnant adults is 150mcg a day. Lastly, I have seen conflicting evidence on the tolerable upper limit, but 1,100mcg of iodine seems to be a commonly quoted number. I don't have enough information to say definitively why taking in 145mcg of extra iodine affected me so much, but I do believe this was what caused my symptoms. I do not know how this extra iodine would affect me during pregnancy, so I plan to purchase different prenatals with lower amounts of iodine and playing it by ear.

Must Eat With These
They work very well. I just had a sonogram done at 16 weeks for checkup and the baby is very big so clearly this prenatal is giving the baby what it needs. I tried the Ritual pills at first but just couldn't stomach the awful lemon taste. This berry taste is much easier to swallow. Also, I don't burp throughout the day! That's got to be the best part. I burped up lemon and fish almost every day on the other prenatals. I haven't burped hardly ever on this one. And the few times I did there was no taste of prenatal. Thank gosh. One super important thing to note with this prenatal, you absolutely MUST eat before you take it. I didn't eat and rushed out the house a few times... I didn't stop throwing up until the prenatals came back out of my intestines within the hour. Then I realized that eating wasn't just a suggestion on the bottle. It said it recommends with food but it actually means "Before taking, eat a real meal." I tried just a half at muffin as well a few times and still got nauseous. Now I make a decent breakfast before work and haven't had a single complaint since. So if you think you're going to take these with a little on the go snack, please think again. Eat a good meal or at least a bowl of cereal if you don't want to throw them back up. Aside from the needing food, I'll continue to take this prenatal. This is the best one I've tried so far with good ingredients. Plus I have decent energy levels on this one.
