The sf bay onecup pods are k-cup compatible don't fit this. the k-cup holder doesn't have the depth for the band. can you make one that fits?

Unfortunately I just unpacked my coffee maker and learned the same. SF Bay compostable pods don’t work. I’m returning the coffee maker.

I broke the water jug to this appliance… totally my fault. my problem is that i’m having a hard time finding a replacement water jug for this.

Try first checking with customer service. They may be able to direct you to the right source. If you don’t want to do that; there should be a customer service number listed on the instructions booklet that came with your coffee maker. They should be able to help you for sure. Good luck. I hope you find your replacement water jug because this is a really great coffee maker.

Will you make this unit able to use the compostable k-cup pods? I love it except for the fact I can’t use my favorite coffee pods.

I have not used the compostable K-cup pods but anything that went in the original Keurig machine will be compatible. Only thing that I could not use was the aftermarket K cup where you used your own powder. But Instant solo comes with its own pod where you can fill it up with your own powder and it make a good cuppa. Hope this helps
