I went on ahead and put some better insoles from another pair of boots I had in there , but thats just personal preference. They seem to be pretty well put together. Im using them for work where slip resistant is pretty important so I hope that aspect will hold up. From what I see and feel im pretty sure they would be really good for camping, hiking, and just poking around town and stuff- as for my work environment I'll just have to go out there and see. They do have a bit of a reinforced toe which is always good. Very comfortable right out of the box. Overall good value for the price, as far as durability- is will just have to put them to the test. The other reviews that stated the individuals took them through a real good beating and had up well was the go ahead really for me to purchase.
