Works as it should, but...
Replaces my second QF115A, first one lasted 5 years and second one lasted 7 years. Wasn't able to find one locally like last time. I think it's been replaced by an arc-fault ground-fault (AFCI/GFCI) unit but haven't yet determined which one.

check for correct wiring connections
Installed into panel without any problems and worked and tested ok. Beware that both wire screws are silver in color instead of silver and brass as on most electrical devices to designate neutral and hot load connections. Refer to the instructions for proper wire connections, however the wiring chart on the instructions is the size of a postage stamp and you will need a magnifying glass to read it.
