For someone with bad chest congestion, and especially COPD, this kind of syrup works better than the 24-hour pills. It coats your throat and instantly relieves bronchitis. For some reason, it's becoming impossible to find in the stores, and sometimes when you do find it the taste is terrible. This is a larger size, reasonable price, tastes good, and is the right strength. I sure hope they continue to make this and market it here.

I can only use cough medicines with Guaifenesin due to the meds I currently take. 20ml works the best for me. It clears my nose and stops the cough right away.The item arrived super quick. The value is also very good.

Tastes good, just as effective as Robitussin of old

Just what I was looking for. I have pretty bad allergies so when I get a lot of drainage into my lungs I start to have problems with my asthma. Guafenisen helps keep my lungs clear. I haven't tried this product long so not sure on how effective yet. The price at under twenty for three eight ounce bottles was great. I took a chance esp since I couldn't find how many mg but I'm guessing that 10ml for two hundred mg and 20ml for four hundred which is pretty much same dosage purchase at local grocer.

Been using this for ages to tame a post-nasal drip... especially before bedtime. Searched on Amazon ’cuz for some reason it was taken off the shelves in most retail outlets. Now the only thing they sell has add’l chemicals in it - like Dextromethorpham or some other nutty sounding names. I stick with the plain Tussin. It works.
