Medical Alert Tag"Medical Equipment" - Customized Engraved Info (Red)

I really like this Medical Alert Luggage tag. I just didn't realize how small it was (digging into the product info, it did list the actual size). The tag itself is very well done. The customization was exactly how I wanted it. I did have some dealings with the seller, and they were extremely helpful and friendly. The shipping was very quick. I attached a photo of the tag, along with the business card size tag I had been using. I am still giving the tag a 5 star rating, as it is a great tag. If they ever make one a bit larger, I would buy it for sure.

So Glad I decided to go with this medical tag for my CPAP case to use while traveling. At first I thought it was on the small side but the more I look at it I think it is the perfect size for a medical tag.The tag is made out of metal, you can have your name, phone number, address and type of medical equipment listed on the tag for reference, I also included an emergency contact on mine. I’ve attached a picture but only the front not the back with all my contact information. I seriously, really like this personalized tag. The customization came out beautifully.From the time I placed the order to delivery took about 1 1/2 weeks, not bad at all for a custom tag. It was delivered in a cloth pouch with a metal clip along with a note and wrapped well so it wasn’t damaged in the shipping. I like that they included the idea of using super glue before closing the clasp to help prevent the clip from coming lose, smart idea!Bonus this company and tag is made in the USA, it is not made and shipped here. I like supporting companies that their products are made here. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a medical tag.

I am using this for my CPAP machine as I travel. I love, love the beautiful vibrant colors and the workmanship was really good. It's not like its engraved into the material but it is very well done. It arrived way earlier than what it stated so I was so excited about that also and so I had to put it on my bag right away and as I looked at my bag, it coordinated with the stripe on the bag, totally not planned, just loved the color. I wanted the blue, but I thought it would be a little too dark.I will be getting one for my daughter and possible my son-in-law at a later date.

This is a wonderful product, and after ordering my first I went back and bought another I loved it so much. I have it attached to my diabetes supply bag which I keep in my purse with everything I need. I love that you can add so much text and that you can choose the color you would like. I would highly recommend this product.

Bought two. One for me and wife's CPAP bags for our travels. We put this on "Toiletry Bag Hanging Toiletry Kit Organizer Men & Women Toiletries & Shave Travel Organizer Large - Navy Blue". Perfect!!! I ordered on a Saturday evening. After I placed my order, I of course noticed I made an error. I sent an email to the sellers/manufacturer tab. Within two hours they responded no problem, we will take care of it!! What customer service and on a Saturday night!!!! You don't find that kind of service anymore. Very sturdy, just what you want!! Highly recommend!!!

I am absolutely delighted in the quality of the products and the customer service that I received from this company! The reason I am not including a photograph is because it is a medical alert ID tag and I suffer from a very rare disease and even though it's some thing I'm having to go to the Internet for help for fundraising because it's so expensive that no one person (you would have to be a millionaire and you would lose your first million every five years) could ever afford to treat it, I'm not comfortable putting my name and emergency contact and diagnosis on this review. When my first tagged and not arrive on time, he sent me a second one. The first tag did eventually arrive on even though USPS did not report it as delivered. I knew that it was made to order, in other words, bespoke, and could not be returned anyway, and I was very grateful to the proprietor for doing this for me because we truly believed that the first one was lost. Now I have one for both of my medical bags, the one I take with me everywhere which is small, and the humongous clunker bag that I leave in my car. I will absolutely get more. The quality is sound, but they are large and metal, making a smaller product more appropriate for my keychain. Bespoke Tags is great! Thanks to the proprietor!

Nice tag for carry on on my CPAP bag. The gate agent and flight attendants clearly looked at it and didn’t say a word (even though I had a roller carry on, computer bag, and CPAP bag). Seems like the tag helped me avoid any grief.
