MIRA Lunch, Food Jar, Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Lunch Container, 400 ml (13.5 oz) Sky Blue

PLEASE READ THIS!!! I bought this food jar for my 3 year old lunch box.After few weeks of use he comes back from nursery and I couldn't open it, I then asked my husband to try and open this with no success.We put this in our sink and set down to watch TV when we hard a big bang coming from our kitchen.To our horror this thing had burst with such power that it made a hole in the ceiling!!! I cant begin to imagine what could have happen to our 3 year old with this thing. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY OR THE SAFETY OF OTHERS DO NOT BUY THIS!

My daughter is very pleased with her new thermal pot, she takes boiling water to school and pops quick-cook noodles into it just before she is ready to eat; it keeps the water really hot and the noodles are ready in no time. We have the blue, the size is just perfect for us, she loves the colour and it doesn't leak in the school bag. Fairly easy to clean because I can just about get my hand inside. Would recommend this to anyone.

That’s a great container. Perfect size for my son. It’s quite slim and easy can fit in the lunch bag as the rucksack has not a lot of space.The container can not slip out of hands as it’s covered in harder silicon (or similar material). Easy to clean, keeps the meals warm and not spilts. Very happy with it.

I have 3 others from another brand, but i do prefer this one. It definitely keeps the food warmer for longer, in contrast to the others.That said, i make my lunch and pack it at 7am. By 12pm (lunchtime) it is not hot, just warm enough to make the food that much easier to eat. Plus, I dont need to pay canteen prices for a warm meal in this cold weather.Tip: if you have 'dry' food like spring rolls or chicken nuggets, wrap them in foil first; they will retain their heat for even longer.

It Has a rubber feel to the touch, So I found it easy to hold without dropping it and also being able to open with wet gloves on. It kept my tomato soup warm for 4 hours with ease. ... I Drank my soup directly from the (NON SHARP) metal edges, I guess BUT out in the woods. I was not having afternoon dinner with the Queen, Her Butler was not watching This is Great .. I LOVE IT.

Struggle of trying to feed a baby hot food and warm it up in water just got annoying. I now zap the food to make it nice and hot then put in this. Keeps it warm on a trip out. Wpuld prefer the option of a smaller size for a baby meal but in general the size is good and could easily do an adults meal too. The lip inside is slightly annoying to clean but far from an issue

The container is good , closes well and it has nice math finish .The only issue I have is keeping the food warm , even though I put hot water before putting food in it , it doesn’t keep it hot for long , not even couple of hours .So I bit disappointed, but otherwise is ok .

Bought in October, used about 10x. Worked well, is leak proof and does keep lunch warm for about 3-4h. HOWEVER, the blue part of the lid came off the black plastic insulating part of the lid. If seller sees this can you please send a replacement as no other way to contact you.
