- DIFFERENT SIZES - Fits little learners & adults with sizes from XSmall to XLarge. The size is established by measuring the width of the hand across the knuckles, excluding the thumb. May be used for the RIGHT or LEFT hand, please refer to our sizing chart and video for more details and before placing your orders.

- USE & CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Clean your hand weight by wiping with a well wrung out warm wash cloth and hang to air dry or use a blow dryer. Never use soap, detergent, or chemicals. Never submerse the weight in water or place in the dishwasher or washing machine and do not subject to extreme heat. Store weight in a clean dry place when not in use.
