is this good for guitar players? my finger tips always hurt from pressing on the strings

It's awesome for taping fingers/joints for Jiu Jitsu. But not certain it would work for the very tips of your fingers. I doubt the adhesive is strong enough for it not just to slip off.

how wide is it? what is its width/dimensions?

About 1/4" wide. Perfect size for fingers

My son is a finger bitter. Would this be a good product to wrap his finger tips with? Keeping in mind breathability and washing hands through the day?

I would say it would help. The tape is oddly textured so I doubt it’ll feel good on the mouth and it’s stuck through 1-3 hand washings for me, though the fingers will definitely have to be re-wrapped throughout the day

Could I use this to help stabilize a sprained thumb?

You can try, but I think you might be better off getting a proper wrap designed for your purpose at the pharmacy. But can you wrap your thumb with this? Yes. It'll stretch out around your thumb though causing a lack of support in short time.

糊残りは無いが剥がれやすくずれやすい

柔術練習中に使用していますが、粘着が強くなく、糊残りは無し。ただそれが故に剥がれたらずれたりして、練習途中で外れてしまうことが多いです。

Fehlkauf

Ein echter Fehlkauf! Schlechtestes Tape was ich jemals genutzt habe. Es lässt sich zum einen relativ schwer abreißen, zum anderen hat es nur wenig Klebekraft und löst sich relativ schnell von den Fingern. Angesichts der Werbung und des hohen Preises hätte ich ein Leukotape 2.0 erwartet. So war es einfach nur eine Enttäuschung.

Best jiu jitsu finger tape I've tried

I used this tape for jiu jitsu sparring. I've tried two brands, Hampton Adams and Bighorn Athletics. I'm finding I like the Hampton Adams one better. The Bighorn Athletics one feels like it rips the peach fuzz off my skin and also leaves a bit of adhesive behind. It also frays along the edges. The Hampton Adams one stays in place well, does not fray, doesn't cause any pain when peeling off, and doesn't leave adhesive behind. I also put a roll of the Hampton Adams through the washing machine by accident (it was in my pocket) and it still worked fine after going through the wash.
