Useful for new home, accurate and responsive
Just moved into a new home with some strong smells, so I got this to monitor the air. It’s surprisingly sensitive — blowing on it spikes the CO2, and it beeps during heavy kitchen smoke when cooking. Turning on the air purifier clearly lowers the PM2.5 and PM10 levels. I also used it to check our new furniture — luckily, HCHO levels were normal. The screen is clear, the device is lightweight, and the stand makes it easy to place anywhere. Great tool for peace of mind in a new house!

Nice Basic Tester. Who Should Really Want One? Trailer and Vacation Renters. Maybe Even Hotels.
Requested this out of curiosity more than anything else. When I received it my first reaction was hey this thing is pretty nice. First let's define what this thing measures:AQI - Air Quality Index. Normally based on 5 major pollutants and is a general indication of overall air quality. Not sure for this meter. Normally Ozone, Particulates, CO2, Sulfur Dioxide and Nitrogen Dioxide.PM - Measures particulates in the air based on particle size. 3 sizes - 1.0, 2.5 and 10 micrometers.TVOC - Total Volatile Organic CompoundsHCHO - FormaldehydeCO2 - Carbon DioxideTemperature and Humidity are self explanatoryVendor indicates this measures 11 variables. I count 9 (I don't include number or alarms as measurements). Vendor supplies a USB cable which is white and doesn't match the unit's color (black). One star deduction. OK now that I've been Mr. Pissy let's get on with the review.I'd personally recommend charging the unit and then fire it up outside (in the shade and protected from moisture) for 10-15 minutes so the CO2 sensor can calibrate. Once that's done bring it inside and turn it back on. If someone plans on leaving this on it will have to be plugged into a USB brick or USB port somewhere. Running on battery alone this will run for several hours. Battery may be good for a spot check but that's about it. I can't speak to how accurate the readings are but I can say temp & humidity were spot on with other meters in my house.I did try and test the Volatile Organic Compounds by putting some Denatured Alcohol in a cup and placing it near the back of the meter. The Formaldehyde and Volatile Organic Compound readings steadily increased until the Volatile Organic Compounds ended up alarming in the red. So my take is while I don't know how accurate the readings are they do respond. My thoughts? While I may not know how accurate this is I do know what a normal reading in my house looks like (everything indicating OK in the green). If for some reason something goes catawampus I know something is wrong. That's why I think this would be a great device for people renting campers or those at a vacation rental. If your house is in the green and the rental isn't there's a reason. Net result if any rental air measurement is in the red I would get the heck out of there and demand a refund.Do you remember when FEMA had all those people in campers and it was later determined there were unacceptable levels of Formaldehyde in them? Maybe this would have given people a heads up and prevented long term exposure? An added bonus is this comes with a pretty decent manual. I'm very happy so far. I'm also very interested to try this out in my son's new car. If the results are interesting I'll be back to update.

Bright and easy
The screen is bright and easy to read, and the built-in stand makes it convenient to place anywhere. I really appreciate the alert feature, which notifies me when air quality drops. It’s great for ensuring a healthier home or workspace, especially if you have allergies or respiratory concerns. Setup was simple, and the readings seem very accurate.

Will detect any changes in the air.
If you have allergies, or air concerns in your home or even memory problems like I do.. I have left my gas stove on and totally forgot about it, I was able to turn the stove off after the CO2 level went up…. highly recommend this. Only downside the battery doesn’t last long.

I'm glad I bought this!
I'm so glad I bought this. I knew there was something going on in my house because I was having a lot of sinus issues, but I couldn't pinpoint it. When I stayed away from my house, the issues disappeared so I knew it had to be home. Immediately after I got it and turned it on, this monitor picked up a problem. It was so easy to read and right on the money when it came to accuracy. It will be staying in my house from now on!

Handy Little Monitor That Keeps Me Informed
I wanted to get a better sense of what’s going on in my home’s air, and it’s been a really useful tool. The setup was simple—just power it on, and it starts giving real-time readings right away. The screen is bright and easy to read, and I appreciate how it displays so many metrics at once without feeling cluttered. It’s been eye-opening to see how things like cooking or running the fireplace affect air quality in different rooms. The PM2.5, CO2, and TVOC readings especially have helped me know when to crack a window or run an air purifier. I like that it gives a quick glance at the overall AQI so I can take action if needed. The stand is sturdy, and the unit is small enough to move room to room without being a hassle. The alarm feature is helpful—it’s already alerted me a few times when levels spiked unexpectedly.

device every house should have
I already have an air quality monitor, it works great, but I want to get another one for my basement, so I chose this different one. And when compared with the one I own, both have similar readings, so I know the accuracy is correct. I feel peaceful when I know that the air surrounding me is under monitoring.
