Having used the Hoffman Cold Pressed Avocado oil spray about 2 weeks or so, thereś a number of good points that worked in helping me choose to buy this cooking spray. The company does claim that this is made with 100% pure, cold-pressed avocado oil. Avocado oil itself has a neutral or mild taste which I find makes it suitable for a variety of cuisines. Based on my personal research I have found it excellent for frying, baking, roasting, grilling, and air frying. The primary purpose for me to opt for this one is due to the multipurpose usage which makes it very versatile without adversely impacting health like the abundant seed oils which are sold with false marketin I also found it to be a convenient spray that allows precise, even oil distribution and reduced oil usage. Overall, I found the Hoffman Avocado Oil Spray a premium, health-oriented option though a discounted offer now and then wouldn't hurt ;)

Good quality packaging. Oil quality is good, mild aroma and doesn’t alter the taste of dishes. Takes a while to get the hang of using the spray bottle. There are differnt ways to use it based on the amount of oil required . However I still feel the amount of oil dispensed is more so a light drizzle is better than steam or spray if you are trying to reduce oil consumption.
