The app made your phone heat up and your phone act weird. So you couldn’t use them cuz the app was horrible for your phone.

No problems! Easy to connect and very cute for me and my partner. Only downsides are when you’re putting it on, you’ll buzz your partner like 100 times. Then sometimes the app will just send random “I love you” and “thinking of you” messages when my partner wasn’t even near his phone lol. But it’s such a cute idea and it’s been about a month with only needing one charge so that’s actually pretty decent.

This is easily one of the coolest things for couples to have, as far as matching jewelry goes. Not just because each bracelet obviously matches. But the fact that you can stay "connected" with a loved one at all times. My Wife and I had something similar to this in the past, but this brand offers a set that looks better than others, with improved functionality. The bracelets are durable, made to last for years. But they're still comfortable to wear all day long. The price tag may seem a little high, but not when you consider what they actually do (something that other couple's bracelets don't). The only catch to these is that you do have to leave the app open in order for them to work. We live in the country, and we do lose cell service in certain areas. So there are going to be zones that the bracelets won't work, but that was kind of to be expected. Aside from that small issue, it's a thoughtful and great gift.

I bought to use with my autistic son while he is at school to send touches to each other since he experiences such high anxiety when away from home. Well... I discovered it is useless because he does not have a phone what a bummer. Cant return now because the window closed. Can I get any help?

Wonderful idea for separated lovers! I love the sentimental value and unique features of the TOTWOO Soulmate Long Distance Touch Bracelet. Comes wonderfully gift pkgd almost like an engagement set. Comfortable to wear but not waterproof. Setup was straight forward using 2 cell numbers with the app installed. I love the ability to send love signals and reminders through the bracelet, which helps me feel connected to my partner, even when we are far apart. I thinknit works like a text that only shows through light or vibration on the bracelet. The elegant design, with options for both men's and women's styles, is amazing. There are several models and jewelry designs to choose from that all perform the same function. It appears you can even order one sent to you and another sent to your partner to set up on receipt. I have noticed the bracelet requires a stable internet connection and the Totwoo app running to function properly, which can be a limitation in areas with poor connectivity. The battery life could be improved, as it only lasts between 3 to 7 days on a single charge.
