At first I was very disappointed, my tube was similar to others in the reviews. It didn't seem to work and when I took the top off there was no inner . I contacted Amazon to complain and they gave me to opportunity to contact Beauty of Joseon to let them know of the problem. I received a reply from them and it couldn't have been nicer. I have told them that I will let the Amazon community know about the eye serum tube and how it isn't actually broken. I shopped around a lot, checking reviews etc. My niece recommended this and wow. Honestly within 3 weeks there is a significant improvement. My bags have almost gone. I was expecting to get improvement after a significant amount of time but not that quick. I would highly recommend this product. 1 tiny drop does under oth eyes. Definitely buying more

Easy to use, not noticed any major difference as yet but there does seem to be a bit of a glow. Just be aware that it can leave you slightly irritated if you have sensitive skin. I’m using it once a day rather than in the morning as well, and that seems to be fine
