1度目はケースにへこみや擦り傷があったので返品しその旨を販売元に連絡。その際の対応が誠意ある 丁寧なものだったので再度同じ商品を購入。（傷やへこみも販売元のせいではなかった）使い勝手が想像以上良く差し込むだけですぐに使える。音質も満足のいくものだった。何かあればまた購入したい。

設定も特に必要なく会議録音用マイクに使えました。何も問題なく文字起こしまで進められたので、10名程度の会議では十分でした。

収納されていた缶に凹みがあり、驚きましたが、クッション材で保護されており、大丈夫でした。 設置直ぐは反応無くて焦りました💦 暫くして反応みられました。 マイク機能はいいと思います。 コンパクトでいいと思います。

会議などの録音用で、持ち運びのしやすさを重視して購入。 お試しという事で、価格もおさえられたのでよかったです。 そこまで音質は求めていなかったので、今のところは問題なく使用出来ています。

高評価通り、感度良好、大満足です。取付位置と７０ｃｍ位離れているが問題なく反応してます

ノイズが大きすぎで音声認識できませんでした。 ウェブカムのマイク入力が小さいので購入しましたが、音量はおおきくなったもののノイズがとても大きく音声認識精度が大きく低下しました。 入力を５０％にしたり、ＡＧＣをオフにしたりしましたが、改善せず。 ＰＣからのノイズが原因かと、ＵＳＢポートを変えたりハブを使用したりしましたが改善しませんでした。 初期不良が疑われます。

音声入力が正確にできる。

これを使うとマイクが拾う音を数倍増幅できていることがマイクのインジケータで確認できました。 実際に小さな音も拾いやすいです。

Works very well , clear sound

I spent almost a week attempting to repair my microphone on laptop. Nothing worked, no matter how many drivers I downloaded and installed. I ordered this on spec 2 days ago. I had no real hope it could possibly work. I plugged it in and immediately tried making a call. It worked instantly! I'm so happy and utterly grateful.

This product works as described. My internal microphone on my laptop stopped working and I tried everything to fix it. I decided to get this because my computer needed a working mic for the proctor program that my laptop needed to run for an exam. i love how compact, durable, and effective it is. It works great with no additional software to install - just plug it in to your usb port. The sound quality is great and better noise level than my internal mic has. Highly recommend!! Also the little tin that it comes in makes it easy to tote around without losing it.

Works very well, better than the laptop original. Comes in a handy tin too.
