sure, these are microfiber towels that work great for interior & exterior of cars so you can use them to wash a car, but you can't put your hand inside

Edgeless….does that mean they will start unraveling? Using them as kitchen towels.

We have not had any issues with the edges unraveling on this towel.

would these be good for applying and buffing wax?

For applying wax maybe,but for buffing edgeless 365 are much better
