**Q: How long is cord?**
A: The heated blanket power cord is 9 feet plus the control cord 3 feet.

**Q: Is the entire blanket a heating zone or is it just a certain section that warms?**
A: Friend, the heating wires are evenly sewn across the entire blanket. The first wire is eight inches off the edge of the blanket, and the top and bottom turnarounds are about the same. I hope you will enjoy this blanket as much as I have.

**Q: How do you wash it**
A: Presoak for 15 minutes in mild soap and cold water.Machine wash in mild soap and cold water
on slow cycle for 2 minutes. Rinse in fresh cold water. Spindry.Stretch to original size.Do not put through a wringer.

**Q: How warm is the blanket supposed to get?. I've tried warm & high & it doesn't feel like it's on.**
A: Sounds like it may be defective. My blanket is toasty warm on medium. I would send it back.

I purchased this product recently and had a terrible experience. As soon as I plugged it in, it blew up! I can't believe something so faulty made it to the market. To top it off, the price was completely overpriced considering it didn’t even work. I definitely wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. Truly disappointing! Customer service of the seller is very hostile.
