I love how it hydrates my skin even after I have rinsed. I use it to remove my makeup and it leaves my face soft and moisturized. I use Cerave foam wash after that, but it’s really not necessary, since this removes all traces of make-up just as well. I’m just paranoid for pimples so I cleanse with both. Oh, and just a little goes a long way, so don’t be put off by the small container. You definitely get your money’s worth.

This is a lovely cream for removing makeup. I prefer the newer "slick" make-up removers like this. This cream has a subtle scent of lime, bergamot, and orange. I love that; however, I also smell some lime rind. This formula is moderately slick compared to others I own, and still does an excellent job of removing the worst. I put some on my fingers, swirl around, softening the eye makeup, and then swirl some water and rinse it off. I prefer using a face cloth, and it would be a great idea to use moisturizer next (or a toner or scrub in between. The jar is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic, and the lid seems tamper-proof. Given the ingredients list, this price seems reasonable because I know what similar products are like, and some like this are just in a smaller jar. This size is perfect for travel and for your makeup bag.Overall, this pleasant oil-like product removes makeup. It keeps its body, but it will melt with the touch of your finger. I would gift it with a hairband sponge set for makeup removal or other skincare items. I send care packages to family members via Amazon's service with a customized greeting, as I live too far away for in-person gift-giving.This is a good product with decent value.Enjoy!

My eye makeup: eyeshadow, mascara, and eyeliner all washed off so easily. I love it. I get lazy to wash my makeup with the cotton pads and makeup wipes dry out my skin, so this is a great product!

I am a new fan of this product! I love the texture of this cleanser, it feels like a gentle balm. I prefer it over oil cleansers or makeup wipes and love the travel size. I am literally writing this after using it to take off makeup for a destination wedding! Love!!!! Oh and it also smells really lovely.

It’s a great cleansing balm. Quickly dissolves any makeup (even waterproof) and doesn’t irritate skin, eyes, or cause breakouts! You only need a chickpea sized amount, so one jar should last a couple months.

This product smells like sweet green tea and feels wonderful, doesn't cause irritation when left on to remove makeup, and leaves my face feeling soft, smooth and hydrated!It's an oil based product but it doesn't feel very heavy. I always rinse and wipe off excess to prevent pore clogging since my skin is sensitive to oils in the summer, but I'll worry about that much less in the winter when my face soaks up everything it can to combat dryness.This comes in a jar with an applicator to keep the balm as bacteria-free as possible. It's super easy to use, just scoop out a quarter sized chunk and it'll melt onto your skin almost immediately; removing foundation and mascara like it's nothing!I love the natural ingredients and environmentally conscious recycled materials used for the container. It's always refreshing to see brands care a little more about what they're selling to people.I don't love the price however, it is a bit steep for a makeup remover, BUT, 6.8 ounces is sizable! If you like to use as many natural ingredients as possible but still enjoy wearing makeup here and there, this will definitely last a long time and be worth the money! For daily makeup users, you could stretch the product quite a bit by only using it around your eyes to clean off your waterproof products like eyeliner and mascara without soaking them in harsh ingredients.Overall, I absolutely prefer this cleansing balm over face wipes and other liquid makeup removers. I can't use liquid makeup removers the same way, they always manage to burn my eyeballs and cause irritation! Face wipes are wasteful and generally too harsh for the face anyway.
