I have installed this kit as described - but dash cam says 'no power'. The rear wiper still works (this is the fuse I have used) ...??

No power to rear wiper unless switched on You need an ignition controlled fuse In my car it was an empty slot Use a multi meter or bulb on a wire to find slots that come on with the ignition

Are there wireing instuctions

No but it’s so simple stevie wonder could do it,the hardest part is hiding the cables

would I need two kits for rear and front cams

No ,! one will do . If you have the same mirror dash cam you will already have a wire for your rear camera and a live plug for your cig lighter socket , all this kit will do is to give you the capability to hard wire to your vehicle fuse box therefore doing away with cig lighter plug.

what is the Length of cable from box to usb

As stated in the description the length of cable from box is 3.5 mtr and the black/red power cable is approximately 1 mtr.
