Too heavily flavoured and sweetened even with natural sweeteners it can have the same effects as refined sugar.

blood gluclose numbers are about the same(diabetic) and ED has not changed for the better but the diarrhea is still there
Not quite 3 months and BP is still about the same, blood gluclose numbers are about the same(diabetic) and ED has not changed for the better but the diarrhea is still there. I guess 1 out of 4 isn't to bad. Taste is tolerable if diluted with 8+ ozs of water, 4 scoops a day. Will try all of the product and see if things change. Will not buy again if things do not change.

Two scoopes a day. No more. TOO EXPENSIVE.
Just like the old Raisin Brand commercial, only two scoopes a day. To the gentleman that takes four a day, it is too much. That is why you get the runs. Two will loosen the stool nicely. Take one modest scoop in the morning 15 minutes before breakfast. Take one modest scoop in the evening, two hours after dinner. I agree on the price; it is getting way too pricey. They might be able to sell more volume if they lower the price a notch or two.
